Pricing

The total price of: The Party Bus, Premium Alcohol, Tailgate Set-up, Catering, and Mug will be $160 per person*.  

Lodging, game tickets, food, and drinks at bars is up to you (I estimate lodging and tickets to be $140 a person)

Next Steps:

1. Payment: Send me a $50 deposit per person via paypal (joseph.hitzler@gmail.com) BY MARCH 1st.  Let me know if you dont have paypal

---I will collect the rest of the money ($110 per person) in May.  However, if you wish to pay in full now, feel free to do so

---After March 1st I will open the invite up to everyone else, right now I have around 30 verbal commits so please don't wait

---All money paid to me will be fully refundable until July 22nd.  If you cancel after that and we can find a replacement, I will still refund you

2. Lodging:  Book a 2 night stay in Memphis for Friday 11/22 and Saturday 11/23.  I will be staying at the Holiday Inn (2 blocks from Beale Street), this is where the bus will be parked at.  I suggest you get a hotel close to Beale Street as that will be the drop off and pick up point.  

3. Game tickets:  I will notify everyone with ticket options once they become available. 

General Information

The first annual SEC Football trip is around the corner. We will be taking a charter bus for a night out in Memphis and game day festivities in Oxford

Itinerary:

Friday November 22nd

• 2pm Leave St. Louis for Memphis

Saturday November 23rd

• 8am Leave for Oxford
• 12am Leave for Memphis

Sunday November 24th

• 10am Head back to St. Louis, MO

What's included:

Party Bus:

• personal charter bus for 40 people, individual seats that recline, dvd player and flat screens, free wifi, andbathroom on board

Premium Alcohol (for bus and tailgate):

• maker's mark, grey goose, bud select, and mimosas for saturday morning (mixers and water also included)

The Tailgate:

• two tents with tables, chairs, and coolers will be set up before we arrive to the grove and food will be delivered once we get there. note: the tailgate set-up will not be taken down until we leave. anyone who decides to tailgate instead of going to the game is welcome to stay

Catering Menu:

• burgers and hot dogs (lettuce, tomato, onion, and pickles included)
• pulled pork and pork tenderloin sandwiches
• potato salad, slaw, and baked beans
• brownies
• sausage, cheese, and vegetable trays, deviled eggs, and chips & salsa

Souvenir Beer Mug:

• see facebook page for design. everyone will get a mug for the bus ride and a new clean mug for the tailgate
